Lucy gave birth to a beautiful chestnut filly just after 3am on 20/06/09/ The birth wasn't the most straightfoward and the foal needed some respositioning and help into the world which was swiftly dealt with. Both mum and baby are doing fine. Thanks to all the lovely people on marestare.com who have provided caring, extra eyes to watch Lucy throughout her pregnancy.
