Riccalton Flint

Flint is 20 years old and is 42 inches high. He is a brilliant performance pony as well as a very lovely character and has previously competed in the Shetland Grand Grand National at Olympia on numerous ocassions. In 2002 Flint won every Ridden Shetland Class he was in. In 2002, 2003 and 2004 he won his ridden class at the Royal Highland Show. He has twice been Overall Ridden Champion at the Central Scotland Show including in 2005 when he won the lead rein, first ridden and open ridden as well as inhand gelding and inhand veteran classes. He has also won many ridden, working hunter and inhand classes over the years. In 2006 Flint won his class at the Scottish Masters (pictured) and was still out winning  championships in 2008. Mirkwood Rainsong

Rainsong is 8years old & was sold as a 2 year old. As a 4 year old was very successful in BSPS ridden classes. As a 5 year old, with his then owner, he went out and won championships on the lead rein. We purchased Rainsong back in 2007 and have so far compaigned him with success both on and off the lead rein including winning a few ridden championships. Shilstone Rocks Fancy Free

Freebie is a 9year old Dartmoor and  is12.2hh, His sire is the illustrious Shilstone Rocks Snowfox who has been hugely successful in the showring. Freebie did a few ridden shows in 2006 and 2007 and did very well. He then went out on loan, which didn't work out and he has done very little since returning home due to lack of time and rider. Lownthwaite Jasper

Jasper is our Fell Pony. He is 13 years old and is 13.2hh. His sire is Townend Ghillie and his dam, Lownthwaite Skylark. Jasper went to his first show in 2003, Kinross, where he was Reserve M&M Champion in hand. He was lightly shown in 2004, and collected a Championship and 2 Reserves in good company. In 2005. Jasper won a ridden class and was well placed in most of his others, and had a reserve champion. He has only been lightly shown since with mixed results but has recently discovered a love for drag hunting!Click on his name to see more pics of him and his pedigree.

Kyle of Lochalsh

Kyle is a 10year old 15.2hh grey thoroughbred gelding who finished racing in October 2007 and was gifted to Eleanor by his owners. He has won on the flat and been placed over hurdles, he's also raced in chases. He is beautifully bred  being by Vettori and his dam is Shaieef who is a half sister to Shergar, and is very nicely put together conformationally. He  has now recovered from an injury sustained in his last race, and has been to one show so far, which he thought was great fun. Kyle is an incredibly beautiful horse with alot of 'look at me' attitude!

Jefertiti

Jefertiti is a 13 year old 17.2hh chestnut gelding and another horse that Eleanor rode in training. He has been a very successful National Hunt racehorse and was given to Eleanor by his owners when they decided to retire him this year. He is a saint of a horse and so calm and chilled you'd never guess he'd been racing all his life. Jefertiti is a french horse and his sire is Le Nain Jaune and his dam is Nefertiti. 2 months out of training he went to a show where he was Overall Inhand Champion from all sections and breeds and was also 3rd in his first  ever ridden class..
